Customer Care
Currently only one of each listed item is available in stock for immediate delivery.
All items are hand made using much skill, time and passion to produce, the pricing therefore reflects this.
Items are not produced in a factory so minor imperfections may be present, although much care has been taken to ensure all items are of immaculate quality.
Be sure to remember that you are purchasing a luxury product made with quality materials and constructed by an individual who will be celebrating every single order that comes in!
Custom Orders
If you would like to ensure a perfect fit for your purchase a custom made item can be produced to fit your measurements. This will be made to order and therfore requires some time to produce, the amount o f time is dependant on the product but usually around 1-2 weeks.
Shipping
All stock orders will be dispatched within 7 working days, usually as soon as possible.
Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for.
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International, import taxes must be paid for upon receipt of the parcel.
We are not able to take responsibility for any parcels which become lost or damaged during transit.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in unworn condition with all tags intact! You will be refunded in full however the postage charge will need to be paid for to facilitate the return.
Custom made orders are non returnable as they will be made to measure.
** Due to hygiene reasons returns are not possible for any knickers/bikini shorts, however alterations are still possible.
